By accessing or using the Nix Guide To website (nixguideto.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. About Nix Guide To

Nix Guide To is a Canadian maker business based in Oshawa, Ontario. We design and sell 3D-printed goods, craft supplies, and handmade items through our website and Etsy shop.

3. Products and Orders

All products are handmade or 3D-printed in small batches. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour and finish are normal for handmade goods.

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

4. Custom Commissions

Commission requests submitted through the Prototype Pit form are inquiries only — not binding orders. A commission is confirmed only after we agree on scope, timeline, and price in writing. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Digital Downloads

Digital files (STL files, design files, etc.) are non-refundable once downloaded. You may use purchased digital files for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of our digital designs is not permitted without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, the Nix the Gremlin mascot, and product designs — is the property of Nix Guide To and protected by Canadian copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nix Guide To shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
